PostHeaderIcon Industrial tests

The CEF has a set of equipment that allows to create electrical circuits that simulate the real network in which the tested object will be installed. All electrical stresses appear at actual size.

For the industrial tests the CEF has the following facilities:

Many couplings are possible with the transformers, as well in three-phase current as in single-phase current, by means of clever disconnector systems.

Switch on an switch off devices

Each alternator has a circuit breaker that assures the switching off at the end of the test’s duration. The engagement for each alternator is done threw a controlled interlock that allows adjustments by 10 electrical degrees.

High voltage dielectric tests

Industrial voltage 50 Hz: 130 kV.
Lightning choc voltage (1.2/50 microseconds): 300 kV.
